ClearFund Decentralized Blockchain
Foundational Principle
ClearFund was created to eliminate surveillance-based systems.
We do not track individuals. We do not sell personal data. We do not profile behavior. We do not monetize attention.
Privacy is enforced through architecture, not policy statements.
Information Collection
We do not collect personal behavioral data from visitors.
When you use public pages:
- No tracking profiles are created
- No cross-site identity graphs are built
- No advertising identifiers are assigned
If you choose to become a Member and interact with decentralized services:
- Identity is controlled by cryptographic keys generated locally
- Private keys are never transmitted to us
- Communications are end-to-end encrypted
- Assets are signed by you
We cannot access private keys.
We cannot decrypt private communications.
We cannot reset or override identity custody.
Communications
ClearFund communications are encrypted at the client level. Servers route encrypted packets only.
We do not:
- Read message contents
- Scan conversations
- Analyze private communications
Payments and Transactions
ClearFund does not create spending behavior profiles. Transactions are cryptographically signed and structured to minimize metadata exposure.
We do not aggregate transaction history into centralized behavioral databases.
Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
If infrastructure providers are used, they operate under strict processing limitations and do not have access to member identity or private cryptographic material.
Data Retention
Because we do not collect behavioral data, there is no behavioral database to retain.
Limited operational logs for system security may exist temporarily, but they are:
- Automatically rotated
- Not tied to identity
- Not used for profiling
Member Control
You control:
- Your identity
- Your credentials
- Your keys
- Your disclosures
ClearFund cannot access or recover your private keys. Authority remains with the individual.
You Own You.
Cookie Policy
Our Position
ClearFund is built without a surveillance architecture.
We do not use tracking cookies.
We do not use advertising cookies.
We do not use behavioral analytics cookies.
We do not use fingerprinting scripts.
Our website is designed to function without harvesting visitor data.
What We Use
The ClearFund public website may use only minimal, essential session technologies required for:
- Basic page rendering
- Security protection
- Load balancing
- Temporary session continuity
These mechanisms:
- Do not track you across websites
- Do not build behavioral profiles
- Do not store personal identity
- Are not used for advertising
No Third-Party Marketing Tools
We do not integrate:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Pixels
- Ad networks
- Behavioral heat mapping
- Cross-site tracking tools
We do not share visitor data with data brokers.
Local Storage
If local browser storage is used, it is limited to:
- User interface preferences
- Temporary session states
- Security tokens
These remain within your browser and are not used for profiling.
Your Choice
Because ClearFund does not deploy surveillance cookies, there is nothing to “accept” or “reject” for tracking purposes.
You may disable cookies entirely in your browser settings if you choose. The website will remain functional, though certain session-based features may be limited.
Policy Changes
If ClearFund ever introduces optional, non-essential technologies, they will be:
- Explicitly disclosed
- Fully optional
- Disabled by default
Surveillance will never be enabled by default.
